Why The Law Started:
Back in 1897, A young Fellow By The Name of Samuel Parkins Decided that one day it would be funny to put a pair of pants...on a duck. This Caused The Great Michigan Riot, and Many Parks And Recreation Crew Had To Work OVERTIME to clean up all the Ponds that were Ravaged By this Hanous Crime.
Ever Since, This Law Was Placed On Michigan and its Ducks...and i think the animal rights groups think its cruel or something..i dunno

Why We Should Destroy The Law
|
|
Every Year, Thousands of Ducks are Hurt Or Maimed and CANNOT Fly south for the winter. These Ducks therefore Freeze and Die In The Comming Winter. People have been arrested for helping these harmed ducks by putting coats (which isnt illegal) and Pants (which is) On Them. If we just could get this law destroyed...many ducks would live and be healthy...all you have to do is Petition!!!
